Spectivon for renewable energy developers and IPPs

Developers and IPPs carry two jobs at once: diligence on projects they may acquire, and permitting and compliance on projects they are building and operating. Spectivon is an environmental due diligence, permitting, and compliance platform for renewable energy that does both from the same platform: a page-cited risk register for a data room under review, and a permit matrix, compliance calendar, and critical-path schedule for projects in development and operation.

Development-stage permitting

  • A jurisdiction checklist of permits typically required for a project's state and project type (US jurisdictions only), kept separate from what is extracted from your own documents.
  • Permit and condition extraction from consultant reports, agency letters, and permits, with human review before anything enters the matrix.
  • A permit matrix and compliance calendar across the whole portfolio, with every value linked to the page it came from.
  • File Audit across your project library: which of 26 expected study types each project has, final or draft, and which files look misplaced or duplicated.

Schedule

A critical-path schedule starts from a standard solar development template or an Excel import. If the work cannot finish by a contractual date such as COD, it shows by how many days it will miss, and it proposes actual dates found in your documents for you to confirm. Baselines, variance, and export to MS Project XML, Excel, or PDF are included.

Diligence on acquisitions

When you evaluate a project to buy, Spectivon reads the seller's data room files once they are in your SharePoint and returns a ranked risk register with citations, conflict detection, a due diligence memo, and a structured Q&A log. If you close, the record carries forward into ownership without being exported or rebuilt.

Ask the documents

Document Chat answers questions about any project's documents with citations to the source document and page, with either module.
