The Findings Review
A Findings Review tests Spectivon on a project you already know well. You share the project's files, through a secure upload link or a read-only connection to its SharePoint folder, and we walk your team through a page-cited risk register on a call, so you can judge it against what you already know.
What you provide
- The files for a project you know well: one under review, or one you already hold, in development or operating.
- A way to share them: a secure upload link into a restricted folder only Spectivon can see, or a read-only connection to the project's SharePoint folder through your own Microsoft sign-in.
- Your knowledge of the project, so you can judge the results against what you already know.
What you get back
- A risk register in which every finding carries a severity, a category, a recommended action, and a citation to the exact source document and page.
- Each finding's supporting quote, confirmed word for word on the cited page.
- A coverage view: what share of each document was scanned, which pages were left out (for example contact lists such as sign-in sheets, excluded to protect personal information), and which expected document types are missing.
- Conflicts between documents surfaced as conflicts, and the top risks ranked with a written rationale.
- For a project under review, a due diligence memo (PDF) to keep, with the source document and page for every finding.
- A live walkthrough: we open each citation at its page and answer your team's questions with Document Chat as we go.
How it runs
- We agree on the project and how you will share it, and sign an NDA first if you would like one.
- You share the files: through the upload link, or by connecting the project's SharePoint folder read-only.
- We index the documents and run the risk scan.
- We walk your team through the results on a call.
- You compare the register against what you already know.
How your documents are handled
- If you connect your SharePoint, you sign in with your own Microsoft account and Spectivon never sees your password. Your documents stay in your SharePoint; Spectivon reads them where they sit and never saves the files.
- If you send files through the upload link, they are stored temporarily in a restricted folder, used only to run this review, and deleted within 30 days of delivering your results, with written confirmation once that is done.
- Either way, original files are never repurposed and never used as an example without your separate written permission.
What it is not
- Not a replacement for your specialists. It puts the cited material in front of them, and the judgment stays with them.
- Not kept afterward. Uploaded files are deleted within 30 days of your results, and a SharePoint connection can be revoked the moment the review is done.
Access, control, and security
- A SharePoint connection is read-only and can be revoked at any time, from Spectivon or from your Microsoft account.
- You choose which folders are connected, or which files to send.
- Spectivon can only see what your own Microsoft account can already open, for the SharePoint path.
- The full data handling model is on the security page.
If you are not ready to connect documents
Start with a demo on sample projects over a screen share, so your team can see the risk register, permit matrix, calendar, and schedule before sharing anything of your own.
