Spectivon for asset managers and owner-operators
Asset managers need to know what every permit obligates them to do, when it is due, and what changed since the last document arrived. Spectivon is an environmental due diligence, permitting, and compliance platform for renewable energy. It extracts permits and their conditions from the documents already in your SharePoint, sends each one to a person for review, and keeps a permit matrix, compliance calendar, and critical-path schedule current as documents change.
What matters to an asset manager
- One place for every permit across every asset, with status, agency, dates, and a link to the page the status came from.
- Conditions tracked by how they actually trigger: a fixed date, a recurring requirement, a date relative to a milestone, or an ongoing obligation. Conditions that cannot yet be dated are listed, not lost.
- Review before record. Extracted permits arrive as new permits, proposed updates, or ambiguous matches, and a person accepts or rejects each one. Rejections are remembered across later extractions.
- A change log. What Changed records new and updated findings, permits, conditions, and documents with a source and timestamp, and a condition that a re-extraction no longer reproduces is flagged for review rather than deleted.
- A view of your whole file library. File Audit shows which expected studies each project has, final or draft, and flags misplaced, duplicate, or draft-only files.
Schedule that shows the miss
The schedule works out the critical path and float, and if the work cannot finish by a contractual date such as COD, it shows by how many days it will miss instead of quietly showing the date as met. It proposes actual dates found in your documents for you to confirm. You can baseline the plan, see variance and slip flags, ask questions about dates and float in a chat panel, and export to MS Project XML, Excel, or PDF. Benchmarks show how long permit types have actually taken to move through stages in your own history.
Ask the documents
Document Chat answers questions about a project's documents with citations to the source document and page, and opens the source at that page for PDFs.
Continuity from diligence
If the project was reviewed in Spectivon before it was acquired, the risk register and the permit conditions found then are already in the same record.
